A Wedding planner is a professional who assists with the planning and organization of weddings according to Wikipedia. The definition should really include the ABSOLUTE need of a person, who is an extension of you, since you can’t be in two places at once, professional who assists with the planning and organizing of weddings. Although I do speak that way, I think that my ten year old fifth grader would say, “Mom, that is a run on sentence!” Little brat.
Wedding disasters can be quite painful. My goal is for you to experience the best wedding day ever, while tending to the details of your special day. How does it sound to be a guest at your own wedding? Choosing your planner is as important as choosing a reception venue. You can settle for one and make it work out (plan your wedding without guidance) or from the start you can have the research done for you and pick the perfect place (working with a planner). Planners are not just for the rich and famous. It’s for the woman who is busy with life responsibilities that wishes she had a clone. I would love a clone! SHE would definitely do the laundry…
It’s really not a strange concept to consult a professional when needing help. When you get sick, you call on a doctor, when your air conditioner breaks, you call a heating and cooling company. You wouldn’t attempt to do that kind of work on your own. So when you get engaged, seek a planner.
